The housing market runs on asymmetric information. Sellers and landlords know everything about a property. Buyers and renters know almost nothing — not the noise through the walls, not the water pressure on the fourth floor, not the smell in the garage, not the syndic that never calls back.

dwell-r exists to balance that equation. We collect structured, address-level reviews from the people who actually lived there, so the next person can make an informed decision before they sign.
